Mental health resources are available in the Basic Needs Center. Complete an intake form or email basicneeds@sierracollege.edu to learn more or self-refer.

  • Mondays: Placer County Health & Human Services (Medi-Cal application assistance to access mental health services)
  • Tuesdays: Sacramento LGBT Center (therapy services and resources)
  • Wednesdays: Stand Up Placer (advocacy, resources and peer counseling)
  • Thursdays: Lighthouse Counseling & Family Resource Center(therapy services and resources)
  • Health Insurance Navigation: Need longer term or specialized therapy and don’t know where to start? We can help.
