Hello, I am Carmen Salter school counselor at Urbandale High School, where I have been supporting students since 2021. I currently work with students in grades 9-12 whose last names begin with R-Z. As a counselor I am passionate about helping students succeed by providing support on personal, social, emotional, and academic growth, as well as future planning and progress toward graduation.
