Lafene Health Center is K-State students’ cost-effective, health and well-being facility. Students visiting Lafene can rest assured knowing their care is provided by a staff of highly credentialed healthcare professionals. Lafene Health Center is fully accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care.
- Students must show their current K-State student ID card to receive services. For an appointment or information, call 785-532-6544. Please use the East Main Entrance for all clinics.
- Call ahead for an appointment to decrease wait time OR visit myLAFENE+ portal to make an appointment online.
- Arrive 15 minutes prior to complete the check-in process.
- ALWAYS visit the check-in area first.
- Allow 24-48 hours for prescription refills.
- Late for an appointment? It may have to be rescheduled.
- Missed an appointment? You may be charged a failed appointment fee.
- If immediate care is needed when the student health center is closed, contact the local hospital emergency department: Ascension Via Christi Hospital, 1823 College Ave. (west of K-State football stadium), 785-776-3322. (Hospital charges will apply.)
