The LGBT National Hotline provides free, confidential support, information, and referral services for LGBTQ+ individuals and their loved ones across the United States. Trained volunteers offer a safe, affirming space to talk about identity, relationships, coming out, mental health concerns, safety planning, and community resources.

Support is available by phone, online chat, and email, and connects callers with culturally competent resources tailored to their needs and experiences. The hotline also offers specialized programs—including youth support and senior peer support—aimed at strengthening connection, reducing isolation, and promoting well‑being within LGBTQ+ communities.

Services are confidential and designed to be accessible, nonjudgmental, and responsive to the diverse experiences of LGBTQ+ people and their families.
