If you selected yes to being homeless or at-risk of homelessness on your FAFSA, you will need to speak directly with MT One Stop to complete the verification process or address your rejected SAR .
Students must complete the form below and provide any requested supporting documentation. This documentation will vary depending on situation. Categories are outlined on the form, but contact MT One Stop if you have questions.

A Homeless Verification Request must be reviewed and given a decision (whether approved or denied) within a federally required timeline of 60 days from the date the request was submitted. Documentation not received by the federally required deadline will be denied. A student that is denied because of this timing requirement can complete a new request to resume the process where they left off.
