Provides Three Basic Services:
1. Temporary emergency financial aid and assistance to eligible veterans and family members.
2. Assist veterans, family members and survivors when applying to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for benefits.
3. Transportation to and from VA Medical Centers or contracted facilities in Columbus and Chillicothe.
