Health and wellness is instrumental in the success of our students and staff. With a variety of strength training and cardio equipment, the Wellness Center at Western provides members with the facility and tools they need to live healthier lives.
The Wellness Center is located in the lower level of the Administrative Center and is free for currently enrolled Western students and is the home to a variety of cardio and strength equipment, intramurals, club, and varsity sport practices.
