New School Registration Form

This form is for new schools and is required to be filled out by a school’s TGBP Lead. You must have already met with a TGBP Staff member. The form will not save, so please make sure to have all of the information ready.

A multi-school group consists of districts or university system schools that want to bring The Green Bandana Project to multiple schools at the same time. There must be at least 2 schools a part of each multi-school group. Each school must fill out their own School Information form and indicate that they are a part of a multi-school group. The multi-group school lead can pay for all schools in the group and should communicate with each school before filling out this form.

Price: $600.00

The Green Bandana Project program fee is $600/year one, and $300/subsequent year. Additional costs include physical resource cards, extra bandanas, and QPR training.

Subsequent year program fee

You can pay for multiple subsequent years at a time. Please put the correct amount in the section above.

QPR – Question, Persuade, Respond

Price: $600.00

Price includes training for 1 instructor. Gatekeeper training is required for all student members. We recommend QPR, though you can use whichever gatekeeper training works best for your school. This fee includes an instructor raining for one person (8-10 hours long). They will be certified for three years and can train as many people as they want (60-90 minutes and free). If you would like to add QPR to your TGBP program payment, we can support that payment communication with QPR. This may take 2-5 weeks to receive the instructor training information. Schools may also choose to pay QPR directly for a quicker process. If you choose to pay QPR directly or go with a different gatekeeper training option, please put “0” in the section above.

Bandanas:

Your first year program fee includes 20 bandanas. Subsequent years do not include bandanas. If you would like to purchase more bandanas at any time, you can do that with our program partners at the link below.

Physical Resource Cards:
